PP Møbler

A workshop in Allerød. PP Møbler is a family-owned Danish cabinetmaker, founded in 1953, run by three generations of ambitious master carpenters with a dream to create unique furniture art in optimal balance with nature and society. PP Møbler’s fate and development have been closely linked with Hans J. Wegner’s fantastic work right from the beginning. Our relationship with Wegner is based on a close friendship and a mutual stubborn attitude to quality, as well as a shared fascination with wood and the craftsmanship possibilities of this unique natural material. After a lifelong friendship and close collaboration, PP Møbler stands today as the exclusive producer of Wegner’s artisanally demanding and iconic masterpieces.

In interaction with nature. Trees form an important foundation for our ecosystem and are vital for the development of life and the well-being of nature. If we take good care of our forests and protect them from pollution and predatory exploitation, they will be able to constitute a natural renewable resource of sustainable and strong raw material. Wood is a fantastic material to work with and surround yourself with. PP Møbler is the story of a deep fascination with wood and its endless possibilities. We strive for perfection in every little detail of our work, respecting the trees and the nature on which our production is based. Our furniture should last as long as it takes a new tree to grow. With these thoughts in mind, we dream of a future in true balance with nature.
